我們正在尋找一位對電子零件與產品導入流程有深入了解的硬體工程師,協助我們驅動器產品從開發走向量產,確保產品性能穩定、成本具競爭力。
你將與研發、製造與供應鏈團隊密切合作,參與以下工作項目:

評估驅動器電路所需電子零件規格,建立與維護BOM,提出替代料建議與成本優化方案。

協助新產品製造導入(NPI),包含試產樣品製作、測試驗證、量產文件建置與流程優化。
-
與軟體工程師協作,進行產品的功能設計與驗證。
-
與機構工程師協作,評估外殼與機構設計對組裝與散熱的影響,提出改善建議。
-
分析並追蹤關鍵電子元件的市場供應情況(交期、價格、EOL風險等),協助採購風險管理。
-
支援產品安規/EMC認證樣品準備與測試修正。
-
協助處理量產中出現的電子零件異常問題,與品保、製造團隊共同改善良率與穩定性。

電機、電子、資工、控制工程或相關科系大學以上學歷
-
熟悉電子元件(主動/被動/功率元件)特性與替代料評估方法
-
熟悉BOM管理與料號系統,有成本優化與跨部門協作經驗
-
對製造導入、樣品驗證與產品良率提升有興趣並樂於深入現場
-
具驅動器、電源模組或相關硬體產品經驗者優先考慮

Job Description
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer with a strong understanding of electronic components and the product introduction process to help drive our motor driver products from development through mass production while ensuring reliable performance and competitive manufacturing costs.
In this role, you will work closely with our R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams on the following responsibilities:

Evaluate electronic component specifications for motor driver circuits, maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), and recommend alternate components and cost optimization opportunities.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI), including prototype builds, product validation, manufacturing documentation, and process improvements.

Collaborate with software engineers on product design, functionality, and validation.

Collaborate with mechanical engineers to evaluate the impact of enclosure and mechanical designs on assembly and thermal performance, and recommend design improvements.

Monitor the supply of key electronic components, including lead times, pricing, and end-of-life (EOL) risks, to support sourcing and supply chain risk management.

Support safety and EMC certification by preparing test samples and resolving issues identified during testing.

Investigate electronic component issues during mass production and work with Quality and Manufacturing teams to improve yield and product reliability.
We're Looking For
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of electronic components, including active, passive, and power devices, as well as experience evaluating equivalent replacement components.

Experience with BOM management and part numbering systems, along with demonstrated success in cost optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Interest in manufacturing, product validation, and continuous improvement, with a willingness to work hands-on in a production environment.

Experience with motor drivers, power modules, or related hardware products is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience participating in EVT, DVT, and PVT phases of New Product Introduction.

Hands-on experience coordinating component sourcing and qualification with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers, including alternate component approval.

Familiarity with UL, CE, and EMC certification processes and test preparation.

Experience with OrCAD, DIPTrace, or other PCB design tools.
