• Design the hardware architecture of the product
  

• Propose and manage department assets, tools, and equipment
  

• Proficiently use project management systems such as Codebeamer, Jira, TMS, etc.
  

• Ensure design activities are completed according to project timelines
  

• Review and evaluate system schematic designs based on product specifications, design requirements, and architecture
  

• Analyze and provide solutions for product-related issues
  

• Design architecture and solutions for power converters
  

• Evaluate and troubleshoot EMI/EMC issues in products
  

• Research and assess applicable standards for product development
  

• Ensure effective collaboration and task support within the team
  

• Develop technical documentation and guidelines in accordance with departmental standards
  

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
  

• Comply with all company policies and regulations
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
  

• 2+ years of relevant experience, especially in power conversion system design and EV/charging station systems
  

• Strong knowledge of system analysis tools (FTA, DFMEA, 8D reports)
  

• Familiar with ASPICE, V-Model, ISO26262 development processes
  

• Good understanding of power electronics, high-frequency magnetic design, EMI/EMC, and EV architecture
  

• Knowledge of EV and charging station standards (IEC, ISO, SEA, LV standards)
  

• Proficient in design tools (EA, Cadence, Psim, Matlab) and MS Office
  

• Strong communication (English), teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  

• Proactive, responsible, and passionate about the work
