Develop and implement DRAM controller/PHY solutions for data-center applications. Validate functionality, improve design to optimize performance, power, latency and efficiency. 2. Memory controller/PHY Integration: Design and integration memory system.
- 1. Experience in designing and implementation of memory controller/PHY.
- 2. Familiar with the DRAM interface standards and memory technologies such as DDR or LPDDR or HBM.
- 3. Familiarity with DFI protocol of LPDDR or HBM.
- 4. Familiar with digital design and integration flow.
- 5. HBM controller/PHY IC design experience is a plus
- 6. Familiarity with AXI protocol
