Graduate Electronics Engineer

Role Purpose:

To oversee and coordinate daily production operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and timely manufacture of products in accordance with production plans, quality standards, and company objectives. The role is responsible for optimizing productivity, leading production teams, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and on-time delivery while maintaining compliance with safety and manufacturing procedures.

Role Description :

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets and meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and safety requirements.
• Lead and support production teams by assigning work, monitoring performance, and promoting teamwork.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Support productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.

Experience /Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor/Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Energy Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (0–1 year of experience).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Understanding of quality control principles and HSE requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
