As a Firmware Engineering - Connected Physical Products and IOT - Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative firmware solutions for connected devices, enhancing product functionality and user experience. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your strategic vision and technical skills to drive impactful solutions in the realm of connected physical products and IoT. As a Manager, you will guide and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining the firm's quality standards.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities

Leading the development and implementation of firmware for connected physical products and IoT solutions

Managing product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, confirming alignment with manufacturing strategies

Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product positioning and strategy

Overseeing operations management and supply chain processes to optimize production efficiency

Utilizing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance product development processes

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and embrace emerging technologies

Developing go-to-market strategies and managing product roadmaps to achieve growth objectives

Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional development and performance

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support product ideation and execution

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 4 years of experience
