Job Summary:
We are seeking a DRAM Firmware / Integration Engineer with 3+ years of experience in DDR4/DDR5 memory technologies and firmware development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, validating, and debugging DRAM firmware for SSD platforms while working closely with cross-functional hardware and firmware teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, and validate DRAM drivers for SSD firmware platforms.
Support DDR4/DDR5 initialization, training, ECC, power management, and refresh policies.
Configure and validate DRAM PHY and DDR4/DDR5 mode registers.
Debug DRAM-related hardware and firmware issues using lab equipment.
Develop validation tools and test procedures for memory verification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in DRAM firmware development or memory integration.
Strong knowledge of DRAM architecture, DDR4/DDR5 protocols, and memory validation.
Experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other lab debugging tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
