Firmware Engineer

Required Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7- 9 years of experience
- Embedded C/C++
- Real-Time Systems (RTOS)
- Control Theory & Feedback Control
- Motion Control / Servo Systems
- MCU / DSP / FPGA Development
- Distributed Controls (EtherCAT preferred)
- System Debugging & Performance Optimization
Key Responsibilities
- Develop real-time embedded software using C/C++
- Design and implement motion control, servo control, and control algorithms
- Develop distributed control architectures using EtherCAT or similar protocols
- Integrate software with MCUs, FPGAs, sensors, actuators, and power electronics
- Perform system bring-up, tuning, debugging, and validation
- Collaborate with controls, firmware, electrical, and mechanical teams
