Firmware Engineer (Contract)

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our dynamic team focused on product development, particularly in the realm of hardware and software integration. This role is essential for driving innovation and rapid prototyping efforts within the organization. This position requires full-time onsite presence, allowing for close collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product development projects from concept to execution.
• Engage in rapid prototyping of hardware/software integrations to support innovative solutions.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide insights based on technical expertise.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Participate in assessments and evaluations of new technologies relevant to product development.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in new product development roles or similar positions is preferred.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in hardware development and integration.
• Proficiency in Android BSP (Board Support Package) knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability in quick prototyping techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.

• Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
• Duration: 8 Months
• Pay Range: $52.50 - $59.50 per hour
