We are a high-potential technology startup building advanced embedded systems for robotics, motion control, sensing, autonomy, and intelligent hardware products.

We are hiring a Firmware / Embedded Systems Engineer to develop real-time firmware for microcontroller-based systems using platforms such as STM32 Arm Cortex-M and TI C2000 real-time control MCUs.

This role is open to highly motivated junior engineers, mid-level engineers, and senior engineers who hold a bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Applicants do not need to be experts in all technical domains. However, every applicant must demonstrate proven experience, serious project work, or strong potential in at least one of the following domains: 1. Motion Control:
FOC algorithm on
BLDC/PMSM and servo drives. 2. Navigation and Localization: INS / AHRS. 3. Imaging and Sensing Firmware.

Main Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will contribute to:
-
Developing firmware for STM32, TI C2000, or similar real-time MCU platforms.
-
Writing low-level drivers for sensors, actuators, encoders, and communication interfaces.
-
Implementing real-time control loops or sensor acquisition pipelines.
-
Writing firmware for motion-control, navigation, localization, imaging, and sensing firmware.
-
Debugging hardware and firmware issues in the lab.
-
Supporting PCB bring-up.
-
Creating calibration and diagnostic routines.
-
Writing test procedures and validation reports.
-
Documenting firmware architecture and APIs.
-
Participating in code reviews.
-
Supporting prototype testing, integration, and product validation.
Required Firmware Skills and Expertise:
Applicants should have practical knowledge and experience or strong foundations in embedded firmware development, including several of the following:

C programming for embedded systems.
-
C++ knowledge is preferred.
-
Bare-metal and/or RTOS-based development.
-
Interrupt-driven and timer-driven firmware design.
-
Firmware state machines.
-
Error handling, watchdogs, diagnostics, and fault recovery.
-
Timers, advanced PWM and interrupts.
-
Sensors / Data Acquisition, ADC and DAC.
-
Communication Protocols such as: UART, SPI, QSPI, I2C, CAN/CAN FD, Ethernet, EtherCAT, USB and and display/sensor control interfaces.

Reading datasheets, reference manuals, schematics, and hardware design notes.
-
Debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG/SWD debuggers, serial logs, multimeters, and lab power supplies.

Git-based development workflow.
-
Python for testing, automation, plotting, or data analysis is a plus.
