Located in the Sharon region (advanced medical-tech hub) and operating primarily from the company's offices and laboratories


Position Overview-

  • Lead Hardware & Firmware (Board Design) Engineer stepping into a high-visibility, autonomous role to head the physical product development lifecycle from initial concept to commercial deployment.
  • Taking comprehensive, end-to-end ownership of highly critical Power Electronics subsystems, handling everything from circuit modeling and multi-layer PCB design to embedded firmware implementation.
  • Navigating stringent medical regulatory frameworks to guide complex diagnostic instrumentation through full international compliance and safety certifications.
  • Balancing deep laboratory engineering with cross-functional support, partnering closely with production teams to lead manufacturing optimization and yield enhancement strategies.


Requirements-

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent academic qualification - Mandatory
  • 5+ years of proven professional experience specializing in Power Electronics and analog circuit design - Mandatory
  • Hands-on, demonstrated background developing embedded firmware using C for STM32 microcontrollers (or closely equivalent Cortex-M architectures) - Mandatory
  • Deep technical familiarity with low-level hardware communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C) and embedded microprocessor subsystems - Mandatory
  • Proven experience with board bring-up, lab debugging, and mitigating signal integrity/noise issues through EMI/EMC shielding and grounding techniques - Mandatory
  • Professional-level written and verbal English communication skills - Mandatory
  • Practical familiarity with global medical device safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., IEC 60601 family) - Strong Advantage
  • Proficiency with industry-standard hardware CAD and multi-physics circuit simulation software packages - Advantage
