Job Description:

This role focuses on firmware development for automotive interior lighting components.

Responsibilities:

Series Production Projects

• Manage customer documentation and requirements
• Document the development process
• Design system architecture in collaboration with the Hardware Developer
• Design software architecture
• Contact and manage software supplier quotations
• Manage and supervise the software development process
• Oversee the software lifecycle within the product

Research and Development Projects

• Manage project requirements
• Design and develop software architecture for innovative technology demonstrators
• Design system architecture for testing tools used in series projects
• Develop firmware for testing tools used in series projects
• Develop user applications to communicate with embedded systems via serial (RS232), Ethernet, or wireless connections

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Computers Engineering, or related fields
• 2+ years of professional experience in firmware development for embedded systems

• LED calibration (e.g., sRGB to CIE1931 conversion) (++)
