Key Responsibilities

Design and develop firmware architectures for sensor and camera systems in laptops and desktops

Lead the integration of new sensor and camera technologies into existing product lines

Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize sensor and camera design and performance

Develop and maintain firmware specifications and documentation

Troubleshoot complex firmware issues and provide innovative solutions

Work Experience
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

7+ years of experience in firmware development, with at least 3 years focusing on sensor and camera technologies

Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages
-
Strong understanding of embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS)

Experience with I2C, SPI, and other common communication protocols

Familiarity with image processing algorithms and camera tuning techniques

Experience working with Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm sensor and camera designs

Proven track record of collaborating with industry sensor and camera vendors
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field

Experience with machine learning and AI integration for camera and sensor applications

Knowledge of USB, MIPI, and PCIe interfaces
-
Familiarity with Windows and Linux driver development

In-depth knowledge of sensor integration for various chipset platforms (Intel, AMD, Qualcomm)
