Job Description

An established technology firm specializing in the design and development of advanced electronic systems for Aerospace, Space, and Radar applications.


The company focuses on high-reliability, mission-critical hardware, providing sophisticated signal processing and system-on-chip solutions for complex defense and civilian platforms.


Located in Central Israel, the company offers a stable, high-tech environment for specialists in digital logic and hardware acceleration.


Role Overview:

  • Designing, implementing, and validating advanced FPGA-based solutions for real-time applications.
  • Developing and optimizing DSP algorithms to meet stringent timing and performance requirements.
  • Collaborating with Hardware, Software, and Systems engineers to define complex system architectures and integration protocols.
  • Executing Timing Closure, resource optimization, and on-chip debugging for high-reliability platforms.
  • Leading the development process from design specifications through to validation reports and system-level testing.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in FPGA Design and Development – Mandatory.
  • Proven expertise with specialized FPGA families, specifically Microchip PolarFire and/or Lattice CrossLink-NX – Mandatory.
  • Strong background in implementing DSP algorithms on FPGA hardware – Mandatory.
  • Expert proficiency in HDL (VHDL or Verilog) – Mandatory.
  • Mastery of the full FPGA lifecycle: Simulation, Synthesis, Timing Analysis, and Debugging – Mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-specific development tools (e.g., Microchip Libero, Lattice Radiant) – Mandatory.
  • Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, or Radar sectors – Highly Advantageous.
  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering – Mandatory.
