Role Overview:

Designing, implementing, and validating advanced FPGA-based solutions for real-time applications.

Developing and optimizing DSP algorithms to meet stringent timing and performance requirements.

Collaborating with Hardware, Software, and Systems engineers to define complex system architectures and integration protocols.

Executing Timing Closure, resource optimization, and on-chip debugging for high-reliability platforms.

Leading the development process from design specifications through to validation reports and system-level testing.
Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in FPGA Design and Development – Mandatory.

Proven expertise with specialized FPGA families, specifically Microchip PolarFire and/or Lattice CrossLink-NX – Mandatory.

Strong background in implementing DSP algorithms on FPGA hardware – Mandatory.

Expert proficiency in HDL (VHDL or Verilog) – Mandatory.

Mastery of the full FPGA lifecycle: Simulation, Synthesis, Timing Analysis, and Debugging – Mandatory.

Hands-on experience with industry-specific development tools (e.g., Microchip Libero, Lattice Radiant) – Mandatory.

Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, or Radar sectors – Highly Advantageous.

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering – Mandatory.
