Responsibilities and Opportunities

Evaluate and develop Ethernet control subsystem firmware

Optimize and implement Layer 2/3 protocols, including VLAN (802.1Q), STP (802.1D), RSTP (802.1W), IGMP Snooping, and Link Aggregation (802.3ad)

Implement and debug RoCE (RDMA) functionality
-
Integrate hardware and software architectures to evaluate systems and conduct compliance tests

Provide solutions for technical issues and ensure system performance and reliability
Key Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in next-generation Ethernet firmware development
-
Deep understanding of Ethernet protocols (Layer 2/3, TCP/IP, UDP)
-
Strong background in silicon validation, embedded software development, and proven debugging skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ideal Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in hardware-software integration, validation, and driver/firmware development

Experience developing firmware for high-speed interface devices (e.g., PCIe, UCIe)

Ability to work across multiple teams and foster cross-functional collaboration

Capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new and emerging technologies
