Entry level - Hardware Engineer

The role focuses on supporting engineering activities related to the evaluation, design, and development of electronic, mechanical, and optical systems and components. The position involves working on routine assignments under close supervision while building foundational technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the reliability of materials, components, and production techniques.
• Assist in planning, designing, and developing:
• Electronic parts and components
• Integrated circuitry
• Mechanical systems and equipment
• Packaging and/or optical systems
• Analyze data and situations using established procedures to derive solutions.
• Work on issues of limited scope with predefined guidelines.
• Follow standard practices and processes for problem-solving and execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to exchange factual information.
• Build and maintain stable working relationships with team members and internal customers.
• Execute assigned tasks with moderate supervision and regular review.
• Follow detailed instructions for all assigned work activities.

Work Environment & Interaction

• Regular interaction with peers and internal customers.
• Primarily focused on internal collaboration rather than external client engagement.

Basic Requirements
