About Us

bEarly Technovations is a MedTech startup developing AI-powered wearable medical devices for objective gait and movement analysis. Our products combine embedded electronics, sensors, firmware, cloud computing, and AI to help clinicians diagnose and monitor neurological and musculoskeletal disorders.

We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Embedded Systems Engineer who enjoys building products from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop embedded firmware using STM32, Nordic nRF, and similar microcontrollers.
  • Build, test, and validate embedded hardware prototypes.
  • Interface sensors, IMUs, pressure sensors, BLE/Wi-Fi modules, batteries, and other peripherals.
  • Develop firmware for UART, SPI, I²C, USB, CAN, BLE, and Wi-Fi communication.
  • Perform hardware bring-up, firmware debugging, testing, and system validation.
  • Debug hardware and firmware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and serial debugging tools.
  • Assemble, solder, and troubleshoot prototype boards when required.
  • Work closely with software, AI, and product teams to integrate embedded devices with cloud applications.
  • Support PCB revisions by reviewing schematics and layouts, and coordinate with manufacturing partners.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test procedures, BOMs, and manufacturing support documents.
  • Participate in prototype iterations, field deployments, and production support.

Required Skills

  • Strong Embedded C/C++ programming
  • Hands-on experience with STM32 and/or Nordic nRF
  • Experience with BLE, Wi-Fi, UART, SPI, I²C, USB, and CAN
  • Sensor interfacing and peripheral integration
  • Hardware bring-up, testing, and debugging
  • Familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and embedded debugging tools
  • Good understanding of analog and digital electronics
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems

Preferred Skills

  • Nordic nRF development
  • FreeRTOS or RTOS-based firmware development
  • Basic PCB design using KiCad, Altium Designer, or EasyEDA
  • Prototype soldering and PCB rework
  • Battery-powered and low-power embedded systems
  • IoT or medical device development experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in embedded systems development.
  • Fresh graduates with strong embedded hardware and firmware projects are encouraged to apply.

Why Join bEarly?

  • Build innovative AI-powered medical devices used in hospitals.
  • Work on complete product development—from prototype to deployment.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers, clinicians, and AI researchers.
  • Fast-paced startup environment with significant learning and career growth.
  • Opportunity to make a real impact in healthcare technology.

Important: This role requires hands-on firmware and hardware development experience with STM32 and/or Nordic nRF microcontrollers . Candidates with only ESP32 experience and no experience with STM32 or Nordic nRF platforms are not a fit for this position. Please do not apply unless you have worked on STM32- or Nordic nRF-based embedded systems .
