The Role & Responsibilities
As a core member of the ADAS development team, you will design, implement, and integrate safety-critical software:

AUTOSAR Development:
Focus on application-specific components, integrate standard software, and adapt 3rd party components.

Design & Code:
Maintain software detailed designs and write high-quality source code matching strict guidelines (
MISRA compliance & Static Code Analysis
).

🧪
Unit Testing:
Develop test specifications, perform unit testing, and generate quality reports aligned with ASPICE models.

🔄
CI/CD Lifecycle:
Regularly commit artifacts using Configuration Management tools (Git, Gerrit, CoreALM) and run delta unit tests.

Production Maintenance:
Analyze customer change requests, implement bug fixes, and support validation for software releases.

What You Bring (Mandatory Requirements)

Experience:
5+ years in the
Automotive
domain, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on
ADAS
projects.

Core Tech:
Strong experience in embedded software development using
C
.

⚡
AUTOSAR Mastery:
Proven experience with
Classic AUTOSAR
(BSW application layer development, MCAL, and Platform Integration).

Networking Protocols:
Solid understanding of automotive network interfaces (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

🔬
Hardware Familiarity:
Comfortable working with 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers, DSPs, or Multi-core controllers.

Tooling:
Familiarity with Git/Gerrit and IBM Rational DOORS.

🗣️
Languages:
Excellent communication skills with
English at a C1 Advanced level
