Responsibilities:

As a specialist in signal processing for telecommunication, sensors and embedded systems, you will appraise, develop, research and integrate advanced algorithms and software for signal processing applied to telecommunication and sensing systems into embedded MCU/FPGA based systems.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

- Helping to draw up functional and technical specifications requiring the implementation of distributed and IoT architectures

- Design and implement modern signal processing algorithms for telecommunication including modulation/demodulation, optimal filtering technics, telecommunication protocol stacks

- Identify and select the optimum integration and deployment mode and strategy

- Identify and justify the choice of technologies suited to an application

- Identify and quantify the technical and scientific complexity of projects to assess the resources and timescales required for the development and deployment of embedded software

- Drafting and ensuring the technical documents required for the development and integration of IOT network

- Carry out the development, integration or implementation of applications

- Look for innovative solutions and co-supervise research into subjects requiring the deployment of IoT applications

- Monitor technological developments in your area of expertise

- Identify technological and scientific bottlenecks to propose development strategies

- Validate and characterize the performance of the solutions delivered

- Participate in the deployment of POCs

- You will advise our partners and customers in your area of expertise

Profile :

Ideally, you have an engineering master's degree or PhD in electronics / telecommunications with a specialization in signal processing. You have proven and successful experience in managing development, deployment and integration projects for IoT and AioT applications on Edge and low-resource, low-power embedded architectures.

Skills:

- Mastery of the formalism, methods and techniques inherent in the development of critical code

- Mastery of development and integration tools and platforms for embedded systems (IAR, Eclipse, ARM cross-compilers, Debugger, etc.)

- Mastery in FPGA design and development tools

- You have proven experience of development on embedded ARM or DSPs platforms (STM32, TI...)

- Mastery of RTOS kernels and associated developments tools

- Mastery in advanced signal processing technics applied to filtering, modulations schemes, spectrum analysis, digital modulations (I/Q, OFDM, ...)

- You are familiar with industrial network

- Knowledge of electronics and embedded hardware and platforms

- Fluency in English (>B2).
