Embedded System Engineer

We are currently looking for a Embedded System Engineer for Avionic application to support one of our prestigious projects in Roma . The resource will design, develop and integrate embedded avionic equipments.

Role Overview:

• Writing of Technical Specifications
• Design of Avionic Equipment
• System Integration and Testing
  
  

Requirements for holding the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering
• Experience at least 3 years in the role
• Knowledge of UML, SYSML formalism or equivalent
• Knowledge of Hardware Architectures based on nodal Bus ( VME, PCI Express, VPX, SPI …)
• Knowledge of Microprocessor Architecture
• Knowledge of MIL-498 Life Cycle
• Knowledge of both English and Italian (written and spoken).
  
  

Desiderata

• Knowledge of Avionic Bus : MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429
• Knowledge of Serial Line Interface RS-485, HDLC.
• Knowledge of at least one of Product Life Cycle Standard ( RTCA DO-254 Life Cycle , ECSS Space Standard, Automotive ISO 26262 or Railway EN 50128/50129 )
