You will join the Embedded Software development team for EV, DCT, Hybrid powertrain.

You will be responsible for the development, implementation of practices that are required for product development in compliance with ASPICE, which are for safety-critical automotive products. Define, implement, and maintain software quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and other relevant automotive standards.

Perform process assessments, gap analysis, and improvement planning to enhance software development and validation workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software developers, system engineers, functional safety teams) to embed quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Establish and enforce software quality metrics and perform audits to monitor compliance and continuous improvement.

Guide teams in implementing best practices for software development, including requirements engineering, configuration management, verification & validation, and change management.

Support and coordinate internal and external audits and assessments for ASPICE compliance.

Develop training materials and provide coaching on ASPICE compliance to development teams.

Participate in peer reviews, code quality evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure the robustness of embedded software.

Interface with customers and stakeholders regarding software quality and compliance requirements
Your profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of Computer science, Software Engineering or related field. 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, process improvement, or embedded software development in the automotive domain.

In-depth knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity). Strong understanding of ASPICE process areas (SYS, SWE) and assessment models.

Hands-on experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) models, such as V model and Agile.

Familiarity with software development tools like Git, JIRA, Polarion, DOORS, and relevant static analysis tools.

Certified Automotive SPICE Assessor (Provisional or Competent Assessor) is a plus. Experience with model-based development (MBD) using tools like MATLAB/Simulink.

Understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and methodologies.

Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO 21434) and their implications for software quality. Experience in performing audits or assessments in an automotive software environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
