Embedded Software Engineer
Are you a passionate software developer with a keen eye for technology and innovation? Do you have a talent for writing stable and efficient embedded software and do you enjoy working on high-tech products in multidisciplinary teams? Then we are looking for you!
What will you do?
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you play a crucial role in developing intelligent embedded solutions. You design, develop and test software that works seamlessly with our hardware components. You work closely with colleagues from different disciplines and ensure that our products are technically advanced, stable and reliable.
And you don’t just do that anywhere: you end up in an ambitious organization in the scale-up phase, where you have a direct impact on product development, technical choices and growth strategy. Here you are given the space to build, improve and innovate – and to grow yourself.
Your Responsibilities

Developing and implementing embedded software for various applications.
-
Integrating software with hardware components and systems.
-
Optimizing performance, memory usage and reliability.
-
Implementing communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C and CAN-bus.

Working with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and microcontrollers.
-
Testing and debugging software: from unit tests to system integration.
-
Drafting technical documentation and reporting to management.
-
Actively contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
What do you bring?
-
HBO or WO degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems or similar.
-
Experience with C, C++ and Python.
-
Knowledge of RTOS, microcontrollers and embedded architectures.
-
Familiar with Git and modern software development tools.
-
Experience with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C and CAN-bus.

Strong in analyzing, problem solving and collaborating.
-
Proactive attitude and accurate in your work.
