Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the automotive industry, is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to strengthen its teams and contribute to innovative projects involving advanced software solutions.

You will work in a highly technical environment, at the heart of critical systems, in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Specify, design, develop, and document software functionalities

Develop new software components and maintain existing products

Work closely with the Software Verification & Validation (V&V) team to define test specifications and write test cases

Collaborate with system and application software teams to solve complex technical challenges

Assist in diagnosing and resolving software-related issues

Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and technical solutions

Profile / Requirements

Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Embedded Software Development

Strong understanding of embedded hardware/software systems

Experience with AUTOSAR configuration

Familiarity with automotive development standards (e.g., ASPICE)

Good understanding of software architecture principles

Experience with static and dynamic code analysis

Experience working in Agile environments

Ability to produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation

Technical Skills (Nice to have)

Experience with Vector tools

Experience with Vector AUTOSAR stack

Knowledge Of

ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)

ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity)

Experience with architectures such as STLA Brain

Expertise in bootloader design and HSM firmware

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to interact with various stakeholders

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented

Well-organized with strong attention to detail

Languages

Fluent in English required
