Position Overview

Embedded Software Team Lead heading a highly specialized cell of 5 engineers, balancing technical management with strong, high-impact Hands-On architectural contributions.

Directing the design, optimization, and bare-metal/kernel-level integration of mission-critical systems operating under strict deterministic runtime limits.

Embedding cutting-edge automation layers, including AI models and agentic workflow orchestration, directly into resource-constrained edge environments.

Establishing rigorous software development standards, overseeing agile sprint planning, and guiding engineers through complex hardware-software co-design pipelines.

Core Stack & Ecosystem- C, Modern C++ (C++14/C++17), Embedded Linux, Yocto Project, Linux Kernel & Driver Development, Multithreading/Multi-processing, Agentic AI, Python Scripting, and Agile Methodologies.
Requirements

Academic Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related exact science discipline – Mandatory

3+ years of proven professional experience as a Software Team Lead or Engineering Manager – Mandatory

8+ years of deep, hands-on development experience in Real-Time Embedded (RT-Embedded) systems – Mandatory

Expert-level programming mastery in C and Modern C++ (C++14 and above) – Mandatory

Extensive infrastructure experience with Embedded Linux (Yocto), including writing/debugging custom Kernel modules and Device Drivers – Mandatory

Deep technical comprehension of complex concurrency patterns, low-level memory management, and multithreaded/multi-process architectures – Mandatory
