Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer – Digital Key

Required Experience: 5+ Years

Language Requirement: Japanese Proficiency - JLPT N3 or N2 & above

Required Skills:

• Embedded C software development
• Microcontroller implementation (Renesas series, etc.)
• Understanding of interrupts, timers, and state transitions
• Ability to implement software from specification documents
• Basic understanding of automotive software development

Preferred Skills:

• CAN / LIN basics, CAN driver or communication design
• BLE / UWB / NFC experience
• Handling encryption/security processing (even as a black box)
• Log analysis, on-site debugging, and test item execution

Tools:

• CANoe
• Salea
• CAPL

Responsibilities:

• Creation and modification of software design documents
• Detailed design and implementation
• Unit and integration testing
• Modification and extension of existing code

Experience

• 5–15 years of relevant experience
• Self-driven and able to work independently
