Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain embedded software using Python and C++ for computer vision and edge AI applications (OpenCV, YOLO-lite).
  • Design, implement, and optimize IoT architectures , including MQTT communication, sensor integration, and edge-to-cloud data transmission.
  • Integrate and configure embedded hardware platforms such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Jetson Nano , and industrial sensors.
  • Deploy and maintain software using Docker Compose , systemd , OTA (Over-the-Air) updates, and remote monitoring tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, user manuals, and handover documents for production and operational teams.
  • Perform on-site installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment servicing based on project requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and communication issues in industrial IoT environments.
  • Provide technical support, customer training, and after-sales service to ensure reliable system operation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly development and project progress reports , documenting completed work, ongoing tasks, and future development plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Ensure all deployed solutions comply with company quality standards, documentation procedures, and project timelines.


Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Project experiences with SBC Linux (Raspberry Pi/ Orange Pi) and ESP32 (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Proficient in Python (OpenCV, requests) and basic embedded C/C++
  • Solid understanding of RTSP, HTTP/TLS, WebSocket/ WebRTC protocols
  • Able to read schematics, solder, and measure 5V current
  • Comfortable with Docker, Git & Linux CLI
  • Experience in making an loT product with the communication protocol RS-485
  • Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites across Indonesia as required.
