Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Embedded Hardware/Firmware Engineer located in Mumbai. The role involves developing electronic hardware, writing firmware, designing and testing electronic systems, debugging hardware and firmware, and working with ARM architecture. The engineer will contribute to product development and ensure the integration of hardware and software components.

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Mumbai

• Design hardware around ARM-based microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, NXP or similar).
• Develop analog and digital circuits, power supplies, battery management and charging circuits.
• Integrate Bluetooth (BLE), Wi-Fi, sensors, displays, audio codecs and other peripherals.
• Design and review multi-layer PCBs using Altium, KiCad or equivalent tools.
• Debug and validate hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and other lab equipment.
• Prepare schematics, BOMs and technical documentation.
• Work closely with embedded firmware, mechanical and manufacturing teams.

Experience (1 - 3 years)

• 3–5 years of hardware design experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with microcontrollers, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and embedded interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C, I²S).
• Experience in power supply and battery-operated product design.
• Hands-on PCB design and hardware debugging experience.
• Experience in firmware / software
• Good in C / C++ programming

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering or related field
