We're Hiring: Embedded Hardware Engineer | Oizom
Oizom is looking for an Embedded Hardware Engineer
(2–4 years experience) to join our R&D team and work on next-gen environmental monitoring hardware — air quality, noise, and vibration sensing products deployed in the field.
What you'll work on:
-
Circuit design and PCB development for sensor nodes and IoT hardware
-
I2C/SPI sensor integration and debugging (multi-sensor systems)
-
Power systems — battery charging, MPPT, power-path design
-
Working with platforms like ESP32, Teensy, and embedded Linux SBCs
-
Collaborating with firmware and industrial design teams to take products from prototype to production
-
Vendor coordination for PCB fabrication and component sourcing
What we're looking for:
-
2–4 years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware/electronics design
-
Solid grasp of analog/digital circuit design and schematic capture (KiCad or similar)
-
Experience with sensor interfacing and low-power embedded systems
-
Comfortable debugging at the board level — multimeter, scope, logic analyzer
-
Bonus: exposure to environmental sensing, IoT connectivity (cellular/WiFi), or certification processes
If you like building hardware that actually ships and gets deployed in real-world conditions — not just prototypes that sit on a shelf — we'd love to talk.
Apply / DM me, or share with someone who'd be a great fit!
