Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Embedded Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and deliver IoT-based hardware products from concept through prototyping to production. This is a hands-on, full-time role based out of our Jaipur office.

What You'll Own

  • Design and develop embedded hardware for IoT products schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection
  • Work on microcontroller-based systems (ARM, ESP32, STM32, or similar) for sensor integration, connectivity, and edge processing
  • Interface hardware with wireless communication protocols Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, Zigbee, GSM/4G/NB-IoT as applicable
  • Develop and debug firmware alongside hardware embedded C/C++ for microcontrollers
  • Own the full hardware development lifecycle: requirement analysis, schematic capture, PCB design, prototyping, testing, and DFM/DFT for production
  • Conduct bring-up, debugging, and validation of prototype boards using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers etc.
  • Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors, and manage BOM, sourcing, and component lifecycle
  • Ensure products meet relevant compliance and certification standards (EMI/EMC, safety, etc.)
  • Collaborate with firmware, cloud, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth product integration
  • Support troubleshooting and field issue resolution for deployed IoT hardware

What We're Looking For

  • 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware design, specifically for IoT-based products
  • Strong knowledge of schematic design and PCB layout tools (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design, power management, and sensor interfacing
  • Experience with microcontroller platforms (ARM Cortex, ESP32, STM32, etc.) and associated firmware development
  • Working knowledge of communication protocols I2C, SPI, UART, along with wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, cellular)
  • Experience taking a product from prototype to production, including DFM considerations
  • Familiarity with compliance/certification requirements (EMI/EMC, safety standards) is a plus
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills using lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter)
  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or related field
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
