📍 India, India 🇮🇳
⚙️ We're Hiring | Embedded Hardware Engineer — Edge AI Camera Systems
📍 Remote | 🕐 Full-time | 🏢 Future Sportler
💰 ₹6 LPA + Up to ₹5 Lakh in ESOPs
We're building an AI-powered sports analytics platform that captures footage from venue cameras, runs real-time player tracking with on-device AI, and turns it into coach-ready analytics. We're looking for a hands-on embedded/hardware engineer who loves building things that work reliably in the real world — not just in a lab. 👇
🛠️ What You'll Work On:
Design and prototype compact camera hardware units built around Raspberry Pi–class hardware
Integrate camera modules, on-device AI inference, power systems, and enclosures for real-world environments
Build the pipeline that gets footage and analytics from the field onto our servers reliably — networking, sync, and graceful failure handling
Iterate fast between hardware prototypes and real-world field testing
✅ What We're Looking For:
Solid experience with embedded Linux — Raspberry Pi or similar single-board computers
Comfortable with Python and camera/CV pipelines — Picamera2, OpenCV, or similar
Proficiency with CAD tools — Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar for enclosure and hardware design
Hands-on hardware prototyping instincts — enclosures, cable and power routing
🎯 Nice to Have:
Experience with edge AI accelerators — Hailo, Sony IMX500, Coral, or Jetson
Familiarity with streaming protocols like RTSP
Background in Sports Tech or field-deployed hardware systems
🎁 What We Offer:
₹6 LPA fixed + Up to ₹5 Lakh in ESOPs — real equity in a growing Sports Tech company
End-to-end ownership — hardware, embedded software, and data pipeline
Build things that get deployed and used in the real world
Fast-moving, early-stage environment with real product impact
Flexible, async-friendly work culture
