📍 Position Details

• Designation: Embedded Firmware Engineer(Servo Drive / Frequency Inverter)
• Location: Pune
• Experience: 3–10+ Years
• Salary: 9 - 30 LPA

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Firmware Architecture: Develop and maintain real-time software in C for ARM microcontrollers. 💻
• Control Integration: Collaborate with control teams to integrate PWM, ADC, and motor drivers. ⚡
• Cybersecurity Implementation: Architect Secure Boot , cryptography, and key management per IEC 62443 standards. 🔒
• Communication Protocols: Build reliable stacks for EtherCAT, CAN, IO-Link, and PROFINET. 📡
• System Robustness: Design secure, field-upgradable bootloaders with full support for A/B image swapping, rollback mechanisms, and power-fail safety. 🔄
• Deep Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis using JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers. 🔍

✅ Mandatory Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. 🎓
• Core C Proficiency: Strong experience in bare-metal or RTOS-based development; mastery of interrupts, concurrency, and timing. 🧠
• Embedded Security: Hands-on knowledge of secure development lifecycles, encryption, and key management. 🛡️
• Bootloader Expertise: Proven experience in custom bootloader development, linker scripts, and robust firmware update mechanisms. 💾
• Hardware-Close: Deep understanding of microcontroller peripherals and structured software review processes. 🛠️
• Tools: Proficient with Git, JTAG/SWD, and GDB/RTT. 📋
• Job Stability: Minimum 2 years in each previous companies.
