Responsibilities
Key Roles
You will be working on embedded Linux platforms, developing and innovating video processing algorithms tailored for our product lines. You will be involved in imager sensor driver development and implementing advanced image processing pipelines to meet design and performance specifications. You will be leading a team of engineers to build RTOS components, application layers, and state machines that align with critical-to-quality (CTQ) requirements. You will be working with building automation protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and proprietary Honeywell stacks, ensuring seamless integration into our systems. You will be collaborating with quality, hardware, and regulatory teams to debug issues, fix defects, and ensure compliance with global standards. You will be creating epics and user stories to drive agile development and supporting factory teams with test fixtures and production testing. You will be traveling internationally to support engineering and manufacturing operations across global sites.
Key Skills
Strong C , C++ skills.
Good Knowledge on embedded Linux system internals, Hands on experience in Embedded Linux Device driver, Kernal modules and application developments.
Good knowledge of RTOS concepts and experience in any RTOS like free rtos, MicroC OS.
Excellent knowledge in embedded programming concepts and coding standards.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in BSP, Device Drivers, Boot Loader etc
Good Experience in Various IDEs and debug tools like GDB,IAR .
Minimum 3 years’ Experience in ARM based processors Ti, NXP, ST etc
Should have working experience to read and understand schematics and basic hardware knowledge to design and develop device drivers, display drivers, SPI, I2C, I2S, timers, ADC etc
Good understanding of multi-core microprocessor concepts, arm technology etc
Basic understanding of cyber security concepts
Experience in static code analysis tools like SonarQube, Open Source Analysis tools like Black Duck.

Good verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in computer science or electronics or electrical
+3 years of experience in embedded programming
