You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Be involved with all phases of design from concept to deployment
• Be part multi-discipline engineering team developing exciting new life safety products for the connected world
• Collaborate with engineers and developers from around the globe
• Work in an Agile environment & Create stories in Jira
• Attend Daily Scrum meetings
• Develop code and Verify functionality of the coding
  
  

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

• A Bachelor of Science degree
• 1 plus years of embedded firmware development and/or troubleshooting
  
  

We Value

• Ability to collaborate with a team.
• Embedded C experience
• RTOS experience
• Embedded Linux development, HMI Development and boot-loader experience
• Advanced computer knowledge (networking/communications/troubleshooting)
• Cyber security knowledge
• Experience with JIRA/JIRA Agile/Bamboo and Agile practices
• Experience bringing up and troubleshooting new hardware
• A Master's Degree
  
  

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,900 - $90,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
