Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Embedded Developer role based in Bengaluru. The Embedded Developer will design, implement, and test embedded software for microcontroller- and processor-based systems, ensuring reliability and performance. Daily responsibilities include writing and optimizing code, integrating firmware with hardware components, and debugging issues at both software and system levels. The role involves working with ARM-based architectures, collaborating with hardware and software teams, reviewing technical documentation, and contributing to architectural and design decisions. The Embedded Developer will also support maintenance, updates, and enhancements of existing products and participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Programming for embedded systems, including C/C++ or similar languages.

Hands-on experience with Embedded Software development, including firmware design and integration.

Solid understanding of ARM Architecture and microcontroller-based system design.

Demonstrated skills in Debugging embedded systems, including use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and software debuggers.

Experience in end-to-end Software Development lifecycle for embedded products.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Familiarity with RTOS concepts, low-level drivers, communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN), and hardware–software integration.

Ability to read schematics and collaborate effectively with hardware design teams.

Comfort with version control tools (e.g., Git) and structured development workflows.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
