Embedded AUTOSAR BSW Engineer

Position : Embedded AUTOSAR BSW Engineer

Location : HCM

Job description :

• Develop and maintain embedded software for automotive systems based on AUTOSAR Classic Platform.

• Design, implement, and enhance AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) components and related modules.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components within automotive ECUs.

• Participate in software architecture design, technical discussions, and preparation of design documentation.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and software development best practices.

• Optimize software performance, memory usage, and reliability for resource-constrained embedded systems.

• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and support software verification activities.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software defects in embedded automotive systems.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

• Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure efficient software-hardware integration.

• Stay up to date with AUTOSAR standards and automotive software development trends.

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering,

Telecommunications, Embedded Systems, or related fields.

• 1 Autosar–3 years of experience in embedded software development.

• Strong programming skills in C/C++ for embedded systems.

• Good understanding of microcontrollers, processors, and embedded software architecture.

• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic Architecture is highly preferred.

• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and embedded development processes.

• Familiarity with debugging tools, emulators, simulators, and testing equipment.

• Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and software troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
