centres in Modi AVG, India that will employ 25 engineers.

The products designed by this R&D group will be sold in North America and worldwide.

These engineers will interface with US headquarters regularly and in time shall also visit US.


AVG is the inventor of many technologies such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and

HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), and has been in business since 1968, is headquarter in Chicago, USA

AVG holds over 20 patents, and won the Oscar of HMIs in USA for 2020.

Role Description The Electronics Firmware Engineer will design, develop, and maintain embedded software for industrial automation and robotic systems in close collaboration with hardware and control teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and testing firmware for ARM-based microcontrollers, integrating software with electronic hardware, performing debugging and troubleshooting, and supporting system validation and commissioning. The role also involves participating in design reviews, documenting technical specifications, and ensuring reliable operation of firmware in production environments. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Aurangabad.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in embedded software development, including firmware design, coding, and testing.
  • Candidates should possess experience with ARM architecture and microcontroller-based systems in industrial or robotics applications.
  • Candidates should possess solid debugging skills for embedded systems, including use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and software debugging tools.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, circuit design basics, and hardware-software integration.
  • Relevant skills such as C/C++ programming, real-time operating systems (RTOS), communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN), and version control (e.g., Git) are beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, strong problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach to documentation and testing are expected.
  • Effective communication skills, willingness to collaborate in cross-functional teams, and readiness to work on-site in Aurangabad are required.
