Job Description

About the role:

As an Electronics Engineer, you will design, develop and validate advanced electronics solutions for Versuni’s coffee product portfolio. You will play a critical role in creating innovative hardware and embedded solutions that deliver outstanding product performance, reliability and consumer value.

 

You will be part of Versuni’s Innovation & Development team: an international, multicultural organization that encourages collaboration, innovation and technical excellence. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with hands-on engineering to bring high-quality solutions from idea to mass production.

The impact you’ll make:
  • Design, develop and validate electronic systems, modules and components based on product and consumer requirements
  • Define and optimize technical solutions balancing performance, quality, reliability and cost
  • Lead electronics design activities for new product development and product improvement initiatives
  • Develop, test and implement embedded software solutions in close interaction with hardware systems
  • Design, realize and verify electronics architectures and technical solutions
  • Support component selection, circuit design and validation of electronic boards and modules
  • Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of technical issues during development and validation
  • Ensure smooth transition from design to manufacturing at scale
  • Develop and improve testing, validation and quality control procedures
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation and product delivery
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives based on consumer feedback, field performance and product learnings
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
  • Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in electronics engineering within consumer electronics, automotive or industrial environments
  • Strong expertise in electronic systems, modules and component design
  • Solid understanding of circuit design, validation methodologies and electronics testing
  • Experience with embedded software development and hardware/software integration
  • Strong knowledge of design-for-manufacturing, design-for-testability and quality best practices
  • Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Hands-on engineering mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced innovation and product development environments
  • Fluent in English
