Electronic Hardware Engineer

Job Summary:

Electronic Hardware Engineers responsible for parts of product design, development, and production.

Qualification Requirements:

• Electrical / Electronics / Engineering Bachelor's degree or above

• 5 + years engineering design experience, have experience in design of LED driver is preferred;

• 3 + years’ experience in EMC design, can solve the EMC problem by testing.

• Drawing the electrical principle diagram, Schematic capture, PCB layout design, and circuit analysis;

• Have experience in the design of electrical / electronic system and its subsystem;

• Provide reliability analysis report for the development of automotive electronics project, and put forward the design scheme and suggestion;

• Creating BOM and selection of electronic components;

• Electrical and electronic products environmental testing experience, have experience in PROTOTYPE est;

• At least with Microchip or equivalent software programming experience;

• Familiar with data analysis charts and data; proficient in Microsoft Office software and presentation tools;

• Proficient in electronic system design and operation control;

• Familiar with MCU program, FPGA display, wireless or electronic design;

• C + + PYTHON programming experience preferred;

• Experience in Flex boards design preferred

• Familiar with electronic product manufacturing process;

• Good English written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate technical information clear and accurate;

• Good interpersonal skills - must work well in a team, and good length and different departments including the workshop staff;

• Good organizational skills - must be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, and manage the project fill;

• Will have the ability under the pressure of quality and quantity to complete the task and maintain a positive learning attitude.

• Understand the policies, terms and regulations of 14001 and 45001

Main Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Plan and participate in the design review;

• Coordinate and manage the product development team (PDT) meeting;

• Project planning, tracking product development time and parts availability;

• Assist in the analysis of the results of FMEA;

• Assist to define system requirements;

• Design and trade-off analysis;

• According to the project needs additional testing and development proposals recommended;

• Provide technical guidance to relate engineering and other support departments, such as supply chain, quality, sales and manufacturing department;

• Prepare and release of hardware, software, calibration, bracket and packaging engineering change notice (ECN);

• Take charge or assist in the production of samples and eliminate the fault and hardware verification;

• Support DV and PV sample making, and system debugging;

• Responsible for the analysis of root system and test problems, solutions and verification;

• Display problems and solutions to the management team and the customer;

• Support or customer to launch new products;

• If necessary, to coordinate and organize communication meeting between the customer and the company’s engineers;

• Keep up with the development of new electronic technology.

• Implement relevant management rules and regulations on production safety, environment and occupational health;

• Completion the other tasks assigned by the company or senior manager.
