Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Electronic Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Electronic Engineer will design, develop, and optimize electronic circuits and systems for autonomous O&M solutions used in renewable energy plants. Daily tasks include creating and reviewing circuit schematics, selecting components, building and testing prototypes, and troubleshooting hardware issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and product) to integrate electronics into complete systems and ensure reliability in field conditions. The Electronic Engineer will also prepare technical documentation, support product validation in lab and on-site environments, and contribute to continuous improvement of existing designs.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Electronic Engineering and Electrical Engineering, with the ability to apply core principles to product development.
  • Proficiency in Circuit Design and Electronics, including schematic creation, PCB-level understanding, and component selection.
  • Experience with hardware Testing, validation, and debugging using standard electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Ability to interpret datasheets, technical standards, and engineering drawings.
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to work in lab and field environments at renewable energy plant sites.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontroller-based designs and power electronics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for documentation and cross-functional coordination.
