ABOUT GIZMOSPRING

Gizmospring is a design-to-manufacturing innovation company built to bring great ideas that matter to life — faster, easier, and smarter.

We operate at the intersection of design, engineering, and manufacturing, helping turn ideas into real products that reach the market.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are evolving into an impact-driven product company focused on solving real problems and creating lasting value.

While our areas of focus may evolve over time, our commitment remains the same: building purposeful products and bridging product, engineering, and manufacturing to turn promising ideas into reality.

Our culture is guided by the Gizmonian Core Values:

  • THINK BEYOND — challenge assumptions
  • NO BULLSHIT — take ownership and speak with clarity
  • ALL IN. TOGETHER. — win as a team
  • NEVER BEST, ONLY BETTER — continuous improvement
  • MAKE IT MATTER — build with purpose

THE ROLE

As an Electronic Engineer, you'll help turn innovative ideas into real products. Working closely with our Mechanical Engineers and Industrial Designers, you'll design and prototype electronic hardware, test and debug your designs, and support products as they move toward manufacturing. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to learn and contribute across the entire product development process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Design electronic circuits, including schematic capture and PCB layout.

-Build, test, and debug hardware prototypes.

-Work with Mechanical Engineers and Industrial Designers to integrate electronic components into product designs.

-Select electronic components and prepare BOMs.

-Support prototype builds, product testing, and design improvements.

-Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.

-Support NPI activities and work with manufacturing to resolve hardware issues.

-Develop basic firmware for prototyping using STM32, ESP32, or Arduino (a plus, not the primary focus).

REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in electronic hardware design.

-Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout using EDA software (e.g. Altium Designer, KiCad, or Allegro).

-Familiarity with electronic circuit debugging using common lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.

-Experience supporting prototype builds and product validation.

-Basic experience with STM32, ESP32, or Arduino is a plus.

-Good communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team

-Maker Spirit: Passionate about building products from scratch, curious about new technologies, and excited by solving real engineering challenges

WHY JOIN GIZMOSPRING

  • Real ownership and real responsibility
  • Direct access to leadership and decision-making
  • A culture that values purpose over politics
  • Opportunity to shape an evolving product organization from the ground up
  • Work on meaningful products that solve real problems and create lasting value
