Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Electronic Engineer role based in Visakhapatnam. The Electronic Engineer will design, analyze, and develop electronic circuits and systems for defense applications, including electronic warfare, shipborne, airborne, and space platforms. Daily responsibilities include preparing schematics, selecting components, supporting PCB design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust hardware designs. The role involves creating and executing test plans, performing validation and troubleshooting, documenting design and test results, and supporting system integration and qualification. The engineer will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to meet technical specifications, regulatory standards, and project timelines.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Electronic Engineering and Electronics, with the ability to apply core concepts to defense-grade systems.

Proficiency in Circuit Design, including schematic development, component selection, and collaboration on PCB layout.

Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to power supplies, signal integrity, grounding, and EMI/EMC considerations.

Experience with Testing activities such as test plan creation, functional verification, debugging, and use of lab instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, analyzers).

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, defense standards, and design documents.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and reliability.

Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, on-site engineering environment.

Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-reliability electronic systems is an advantage.
