Role Description The Electronic Engineer role at Akber Ali & Sons is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division. The Electronic Engineer will design, evaluate, and support electronic systems and circuits used in equipment supplied to customers. Daily responsibilities include circuit analysis, testing and troubleshooting electronic components, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with service teams to resolve complex technical issues. The role involves supporting pre-delivery inspections, assisting in operational training, and providing technical input for maintenance and after-sales service activities. The Electronic Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Electronic Engineering and Electronics.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in Circuit Design and related electronic system development.
• Candidates should possess working knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles applied to equipment and machinery.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electronic and electrical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in industrial equipment, maintenance, or after-sales service environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel within Pakistan as needed to support on-site service and maintenance activities.
