Role Description The Electronic Engineer Intern will support the technical team in the inspection, installation, testing, and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems used in industrial applications. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in troubleshooting electronic faults, performing basic diagnostics, documenting service activities, and helping senior engineers with pre-delivery inspections and operational training sessions. The intern will collaborate with service and spare parts teams to ensure accurate reporting, inventory checks, and coordination for maintenance support. This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in the Karachi Division, offering hands-on experience in field service and electronic engineering within a customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Ability to use basic electronic test and measurement equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) safely and accurately.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing equipment issues and supporting maintenance activities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, service staff, and customers.
  • Basic proficiency in technical documentation, reporting, and use of productivity software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Willingness to work on-site, travel within the region when required, and learn from senior technical staff.
  • Prior internship, project work, or lab experience with industrial or electronic equipment is an advantage.
