We are seeking a
Electronic Engineer
to join our R&D team.
Your role
-
Define hardware architectures, select components, and design electronic systems for embedded products.

Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer (preferred) or comparable EDA tools such as OrCAD or PADS/Xpedition.

Drive product development from concept and prototyping through verification, validation, and production transfer.

Develop, test, debug, and optimize hardware for microcontroller-based embedded systems.

Execute and document engineering tests, analyze results, and implement design improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product and system requirements into robust hardware solutions.

Support design verification, risk management activities, and compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
Location
This is a Baar-based hybrid role, with three/several in-office days each week to enable rapid collaboration/with two in-office days a week.
Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in electronic hardware development, preferably in embedded systems.

Proven experience designing microcontroller-based systems and embedded hardware architectures.

Hands-on expertise with EDA tools, ideally Altium Designer and the Altium 365 platform.

Strong knowledge of schematic capture, PCB layout, electronic circuit design, and hardware debugging.

Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and other test and measurement tools.

Fluent in English with strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
