Electrical Engineer

At Somatric we're building next-generation wearable sensing technology for critical environments.

As one of our first hardware engineers, you'll play a key role in developing compact electronics that operate where conventional wearables fail.

Your Role

• Design embedded electronic systems from concept to production

• Develop multilayer PCBs (2–8 layers) and HDI layouts

• Work with BGA, WLCSP, fine-pitch components, and high-speed signals

• Optimize designs for manufacturability and scalability

What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience

• Experience designing complex PCB assemblies

• Strong PCB layout skills (HDI, compact electronics, signal integrity)

• Hands-on, independent mindset and startup mentality

Nice to Have

• Battery-powered devices, BLE/RF, low-power systems

• Experience in wearables, sports tech, medical, or defense hardware
