Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
DSP Systems Engineer
to design, develop, and validate advanced signal processing algorithms for next-generation sensing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis
, and
Digital Communications
, and will play a critical role in developing algorithms that power our LiDAR and perception platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and verify advanced signal processing algorithms using Detection & Estimation Theory and Random Processes Analysis.

Simulate and model end-to-end systems to meet defined performance specifications.

Analyze and validate algorithm performance against real-world sensor data.

Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system teams to integrate DSP algorithms into production systems.

Optimize algorithm performance for computational efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
-
Master’s degree (MSEE or equivalent) with a focus in Digital Signal Processing or Digital Communications Theory.

6+ years of experience in DSP algorithm development and system-level design.

Strong mathematical and theoretical background in DSP, estimation, and communication systems.

Proven experience designing and optimizing DSP algorithms for Radar, LiDAR, or other advanced sensors.

Proficiency in MATLAB and C/C++; experience with Python or similar languages.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with Radar or LiDAR Signal Processing (FMCW).

Expertise in Radar link budgets, Signal-to-Noise (SNR), Signal-to-Clutter, and Minimum Detectable Signal analysis.

Experience implementing DSP algorithms on FPGAs or embedded platforms.
