Role Overview
We are looking for a DSP Systems Engineer with strong expertise in algorithm development and digital signal processing.
The ideal candidate will have experience applying advanced techniques in Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis, and Communications & Information Theory.
You will play a key role in designing, verifying, and validating DSP algorithms for next-generation Radar and Sensor systems.
Key Responsibilities

Design, verify, and test advanced signal processing algorithms using Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes, and Communication & Information Theory.

Develop end-to-end system simulations to meet complex performance specifications.

Analyze and validate algorithms using real-world data.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize DSP performance for Radar or related sensor technologies.
Must Have
-
MSEE+ with specialization in Digital Signal Processing or Digital Communication Theory.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in DSP system design and development.

Strong foundation in mathematics, DSP, and communication systems.

Expertise in MATLAB and C/C++, with additional experience in Python preferred.

Hands-on experience in Radar or relevant sensor DSP algorithm design.

Ability to learn and implement new algorithms in innovative technologies.
Nice To Have
-
Experience with Radar or LiDAR (FMCW) Signal Processing.

Knowledge of Radar link budgets, Minimum Detectable Signal (MDS), Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), and Signal-to-Clutter analysis.

Exposure to FPGA-based DSP algorithm development.
