Technical Tracking:
Document system requirements, map out development specs, and track milestone schedules for each product iteration.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience specializing in DRAM architecture, memory operations, or firmware integration (can include a combination of industry work, specialized research, or advanced academic internships).
Protocols & PHY:
Strong operational understanding of high-speed DDR4 and DDR5 memory protocols, signal integrity fundamentals, and memory PHY IP configuration blocks.
Lab Instrumentation:
Hands-on proficiency using physical lab diagnostic tools, including high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, and basic soldering equipment.
Testing Systems:
Proven experience working with specialized memory testing tools, validation software, and low-level scripting/debugging techniques.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related hardware engineering discipline.
Stand-Out Skills (Preferred):
Deep architectural knowledge of Error-Correcting Code (ECC) algorithms inside enterprise memory systems.
Prior experience working directly on ASIC controller verification or SSD firmware pipelines.
