Job Description

Company Description Innoknowvex is an education technology company focused on transforming how learning is designed, experienced, and applied in a fast-changing world. Instead of static content, the company builds learning experiences engineered to spark critical thinking, experimentation, and real-world execution. Its approach combines technology, insight-driven learning, and adaptive frameworks to help individuals and teams develop deep problem-solving abilities and future-ready capabilities. Innoknowvex intentionally reimagines traditional education models to help learners convert understanding into meaningful progress. The organization is dedicated to empowering people to move from ideas to influence and from learning to leadership.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Hardware Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Computer Hardware Engineer will design, develop, and test computer hardware components and systems that support Innoknowvex’s learning platforms and technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing circuit designs, selecting components, preparing schematics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with software and cloud-based solutions. The role involves building and testing prototypes, troubleshooting performance or reliability issues, and optimizing hardware for scalability, efficiency, and user experience. The engineer will also document designs, support hardware validation and certification processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, create clear design documentation, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Experience in an EdTech, product development, or R&D environment is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory or safety standards relevant to hardware.
