Chief Hardware Engineer - UAV Integration

We're looking for an experienced Chief Hardware Engineer - UAV Integration to lead the development, integration, and flight optimization of next-generation tactical UAV platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UAV hardware integration and system validation.
• Perform flight controller setup, PID tuning, and performance optimization.
• Integrate avionics, GNSS/RTK, telemetry, payloads, and communication systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and flight issues through log analysis and testing.
• Drive product reliability from prototype to production.
• Mentor and lead the hardware and integration engineering team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UAV, Aerospace, Robotics, or Defence systems.
• Strong expertise in ArduPilot/PX4 , CubePilot/Pixhawk, UAV integration, and flight tuning.
• Hands-on experience with multirotor/VTOL platforms.
• Knowledge of GNSS, RF systems, power electronics, and embedded hardware.
• Defence or EW-resilient UAV experience is an added advantage.
