As a CPU Clock Implementation Engineer, you will be driving the planning, design, implementation, and analysis of clock.

Description

As a CPU Clock Implementation Engineer, you will participate in the following:nn

• Work on clock planning, building simulation models, and physical implementationn
• Work on clock analysisn
• Engage on physical design of blocksn
• Scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum BS and 3+ years of relevant industry experiencenProgramming and scripting experience in Perl and TCL

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have physical design, analysis, and verification experience working on a large processor and/or SoC designsnKnowledge of industry standards and practices in physical design, analysis, and physical verificationnWorking knowledge of physical construction, Spice and physical verificationnUnderstanding of std cell architecturenProven understanding of CMOS circuit designnLayout design background is a plusnBasic understanding of STA and parasitic extraction nStrong communication skillsnAbility to work well in a team, problem solver, and self-motivated

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eApple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
